BEAUTY FEATURE FRIDAY – ESTEE LAUDER

I have been absolutely loving trying out some Estee Lauder products for the past 2 weeks. I met with the oh so lovely Jessica Lawther, Communications Manager of Estee Lauder, and she gave me some great info about the brand. Establishing through our chat that we are both “natural make-up girls” I thought I’d focus on that. There is nothing worse than being over “made up”, and I think a glowing radiant skin and a few make-up tips will take your looks a lot further.

Estee Lauder makes it easy with 5 Glow booster tips. I will touch on a few I’ve tried.

1.) Nutritious Vita-Mineral Make-up SPF10

I was having a conversation with an intern that sometimes it’s good to stick to what you know, and then sometimes change can bring a welcoming “why haven’t I done this before?”

I have used the same foundation, just to cover where needed, for a few years now. Nutritious Vita-Mineral Make-up came as a welcoming “why have I never used this before?”.  Leaving a natural finish, It doesn’t feel like you’re wearing any make-up and it  leaves a 9 hours of sleep finish on the face. I’m hooked.

Vitamin C and E help with the skins overall condition and radiance and pomegranate extracts are an anti-oxidant which helps fight against daily free-radicals. Nutritious indeed!

2.) Open up your eyes with a lashing of mascara. I’ve been trying out Turbo Lash All Effects Motion Mascara.

What fun! This vibrating mascara prevents clump build up with its motion brush and creates longer, fuller and more curled lashes. See what make-up artist and friend Jade Leggat has to say about it here.

3.) Moisture Massage with New Advanced Night Repair and Resilience Lift Extreme Ultra Lifting Creme SPF15 which I’ve been using together at night.

Repairing damage of the past and preventing that of the future, Advanced Night Repair is a beauty winner. Reducing any redness in the skin, Jessica says she’s had make-up artists rave about it, saying they apply it on any Flat Iron nicks/burns as it sooths and takes away the redness.

Time Zone Line and Wrinkle Reducing Creme SPF15 will dramatically reduce wrinkles and fine lines offering a smoother and more supple skin. I’ve definitely noticed my skin is feeling far more plumped using these two products. For more “Glow” the Lauder site recommends:

“Get your circulation going and your face glowing. In the morning, gently massage your moisturizer onto skin using light circular motions. To revive your radiance during the day, lightly pat moisturizer over makeup.”

For more information check out their website which is incredibly informative. I loved reading through all the Looks and Tips . I look forward to updating you on results after a longer term of using these products. So far, so smooth!
