BEAUTY FEATURE FRIDAY – SPRING SPECIAL PART ONE

Posted on 11. Sep, 2009 in Featured

Prep the skin and rid dry, dull skin cells with a good body scrub. I’ve been loving The Body Shop Olive Body Scrub with Community Trade Organic Olive Oil. The granules don’t feel to rough on the skin and I like the subtle and rather neutral fragrance that won’t interfere if you’re applying perfume or a scented body lotion after.

Although exercise is the best way to tone and shape the body, a little help along the way is gladly welcomed no? Try Nivea My Silhouette.

I Love that this is a  fresh, light, non sticky gel, also with a very subtle almost cucumber like fragrance. This means I can still lather on my favourite body butter over it. It is said that the regular use of NIVEA My Silhouette! leads to a reduction of up to 3 cm on targeted body parts such as thighs, hips, waist and belly. Watch this space!

If you’re an organic girl and could also save some pennies and do with a little 3 in one, try out Badger Balm’s Organic Evolving Balm. The balm contains pure rose oil which is suppose to be the most heeling of all skin care oils. Rub this nourishing balm on stretch marks, under eyes and use as a mask over night.

For manageable beach hair and protection, try ghd Sea Spray for Matt Hair. Sunflower seed provide UV protection and also helps repair the hair. This is a great beach bag product.

Really love this new packaging and sun product from Nivea. This Invisible Protection Transparent Spray really even feels invisible. I just managed to put way to much on my hands, but it absorbs immediately with no sticky residue. Yay! No sticky keyboard and no sand sticking to oily legs this summer. This is a winner!

Watch out for PART TWO next week.
