I was a bit apprehensive about the Cuff Pants, a cargo style trouser which tappers down to a cuff at the ankles.. I did doubt that it would be flattering and hoped I didn’t have to beat around the bush for this one, as all The Fabulist pieces have been so fabulous up to date….
Surprise, surprise! This has got to be one of my favourite items so far.LOVE! It’s a rainy Saturday afternoon and we are busy trying to move out of our apartment, so it’s a very un-glam day for me, comfort had to come first. The cuff pants are SUPER comfortable, teamed with this summers essential sandals from The Fabulist and my new Country Road grey causal track top.Bliss. I’d be quite comfortable popping a fitted denim jacket over this and heading out for lunch or a glass vino somewhere cosy. *If only*
I think the military styling of the cuff pants match perfectly with the military inspired studded flats. Another big trend on the catwalks this summer.If I can pack fast enough, tonight I could totally rock these with my Fabulist Statement Heels and something black and lacy too. (see the Collectible Cami) Or team it up with something soft,pink and pretty… but that’s another whole post to come.
