A tartan tale

I was really lucky to be invited to the MAC TARTAN TALE LAUNCH in Johannesburg this week along with beauty editors and bloggers alike.

We were very spoilt to have a M.A.C Make-Up Artist come to our rooms to do our make-up. Very exciting!

Then it was off to the event for a fun filled show.

The Tartan Tale Collection was on display for all to admire. What an amazing collection, the packaging is exquisite.

Loved this tin above with four of the Tartan Tale Collection must haves. I had this biscuity-gold colour on my eyes, very pretty.

A beautiful stage was set up and a fairytale read to us with models, dancers and actors entertaining us in Tartan.

And to end, they all broke out into (break) dance which set the night off for a bit of a party.

It was so awesome to meet some of the girls you chat to all the time online, but have never met. Above, Eve from Splendid Affairs and Dimi from Style Scoop. Hurrah! We’ve been hoping to meet for over 2 years now.

    Oh wow, I bought some fabulous make-up brushes from the mac tartan range and the carrier doubles as a gorgeous sling bag. Needless to say I’m the envy of quite a few lol. Plus the brushes r doing wonders!!!
