I had the most heavenly facial last Friday at Soulful Beauty. You’ll love this facial if you’re wanting to relax and unwind, leaving with glowing skin. The facial starts with a 10 minute back massage! I’ve never had that experience with a facial before! Bonus! My therapist Haley, said it’s to get used to her touch! Fine by me! I felt super relaxed after this facial – It’s about 90 minutes of aroma heaven! I loved it!

Kim’s skin was dehydrated so I combined hydration with the anti-ageing treatment to customize the facial to her skin condition and skin concerns.Kim had a Decleor Aroma Expert facial using the Evidence Mask. The products I used on Kim’s skin are the following:
1. CLEANSE – Cleansing Milk – This is for all skins but also hydrating.
2. SECONDARY CLEANSE – Deep Cleansing Cream – This is a secondary cleanser used to dissolve and eliminate impurities and sebum in pores. Contains essentiel oils as well as Cotton Milk.
3. TONE – Tonifying Lotion – To normalize ph. level of skin, hydrate and soothe skin.
4. EXFOLIATE – Velvet Sensation peel – This exfoliator has a mechanical and enzymatic action leaving skin soft, smooth and renewed. It contains a combination of cotton milk (enzymatic action) and Silk and Flax microfibers (mechanical action) to gently remove dead skin cells.
5. DIGITO PRESSURE AND DRAINING with Decleor’s Aromessence Neroli – Stimulating the energy points of the face while enhancing the effects of the aromatherapy. This stimulates and revives the epidermis. Neroli Aromessence deeply hydrates and soothes the skin.
6. MASSAGE – BALM ESSENTIEL – The Balm Essentiel is very hydrating and decongesting.
7. MASK – Evidence Specialized Mask – This mask is specially mix for each client. It contains active ingredients which has been freeze dried to maintain the quality of the ingredients. It is then mixed with a lotion containing plant extracts
to activate the powder. It is then applied to the skin and left on for 10 – 15 min allowing the mask to become firm on the skin. This is an Anti-Ageing mask for the first signs of ageing (30+). It contains marine extracts, seaweed extracts, vitamin C as well as Neroli oil and Hibiscus extract. This mask intensely hydrates, smooths fine lines and improves radiance of the skin.
8. SERUM – Aromessence Neroli – Treats and increase the penetration of any moisturiser applied over the serum.
9. EYE CREAM – Expression de l’age Eye Cream – Hydrates and treats fines lines around the eyes. Works on relaxing muscular tension.
10. MOISTURISER – Expression de l’age – This moisturiser treats the first signs of ageing. It hydrates the skin, relaxes muscular tension, increases radiance and smooths fine lines. This treatment can be done once a month while using a good Decleor home care routine.
