Last week I was treated, and I mean treated, to an incredible spa package at The Mount Nelson Librisa Spa with Africology. I indulged in the 120 Min package, called the Skin Adoration Wrap, which includes a 30 Min Body Exfoliation, 30 Min Body wrap and a 60 Min Massage. Heavenly!
Firstly the spa is super swish. You really feel like you’re about to experience something a little special. Firstly an oil based scrub is applied all over your body, and then a potato body balm, which is seriously thick and nourishing, is applied over the scrub.

“A blend of walnut and marula shell powder is used to gently exfoliate. It contains sunflower oil which has Linolenic acid, Vitamins A, B complex, D & E as well as calcium, zinc, potassium, iron and phosphate. Afterwards you’re wrapped up snug in towels and left to relax. On showering, the balm is quite difficult to get off, as it’s so full of lovely oils and the texture thick, but once you’ve managed to de-balm, your skin feels amazing. Super smooth and plumped. Loved this treatment. An hour full body massage followed and what can I say…. zzzzz. So lovely.
