Last Friday I had a fascinating experience with Dot from Beaute Pacifique. She performed a Dermascan on my skin called, which is both en-lighting and frightening.
Below is the scan of my skin. So the first white line from the Left is your epidermis. Mine is apparently very thin, perhaps why I suffer from dark circles as the skin is really thin over the blood vessels. The white line should read a bit thicker. The next thick dark band before all the coloured spots appear is SUN DAMAGE! AAAAHHHH! Then all the colourful spots are collagen which is good and active in my skin. So good and bad news.
Below is a scan of a 45 yr old women. Before, her epidermis is uneven with wrinkles and the collagen is not compact. After 5 days of using Beaute Pacifique, her skin is smoother and the collagen is well knitted together. Dot said she’s even in some cases been able to assist clients with their skin by noticing strange skin patterns and relating it to food. Once they cut out that food in their diet, i.e. sugar, their skin changed dramatically.
Dot gave me a few products to test out to thicken my skin and to help rid that horrible sun damage. I love that she doesn’t push product. Dot believes in finishing what you have first and working according to your budget and concerns. That was great for me as I love the products I’m using at the moment, but was really keen to test Beaute Pacifique out.
I’ll hopefully be able to get another scan done and show you the results, as well as highlight some of the products I’ve been testing, but if you want to try out the Beaute Pacifique 5 Day Challenge, see below information on some really informative work shops and have a Dermascan done. It’s really eye opening, I think everyone should do it!
