December 3, 2013 at 05:41Lindt is not a moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips, no – because true indulgence with a touch of sophistication and dripped in elegance does not add to your calorie count, in actual fact: It makes one very happy!

December 3, 2013 at 05:57My best Lindt moment was when I sneakly bought a mixed cornet box for myself and hid it in the cupboard. Once a day I would treat myself to one of the delightful chocolate balls mmmmm

December 3, 2013 at 05:57My girlfriend loves Lindt and nothing puts a smile back on her face than a slab of Lindt. Knowing she'd had a rough day at work I surprised her with a slab of Blueberry Intense and needless to say I was her hero, albeit just until she finished it!! It was a great 20 minutes… LOL

December 3, 2013 at 05:58A few weeks ago I started my Christmas shopping. It`s always a big struggle to find the perfect gift for someone special. I saw the big Lindor mixed balls box and it screamed “Take me home! Take me home!”. I instantly knew that it would be a big treat for any person. I bought a box and told myself: ”I won`t eat it, I`m going to lock it away where I don’t see it.” An after dinner dessert is always on one`s mind, especially if you have a sweet tooth. I told myself “just one – no one will notice..” Well..the rest is history. It was most certainly one of the best moments ever – Lindt indulgences are guilt-free 😉

December 3, 2013 at 06:04I would like to nominate my Granny, Alma Willie. She is the most important person in my life besides my own family… She has always been there for me, given me advice, was the first person to meet my husband Before my parents … knowing that if granny likes him the rest of the family would, always reminding me that God comes first no matter what.. She has specifically been there for me about 5 years ago when my son was born. I was diagnosed with Cardiomyopthy and was in ICU for about 3 weeks after the birth… my granny who is 83 years old flew from Cape Town to Johannesburg and looked after my son not only for the time that i was hospitalised but for 3 months thereafter. Bathing and getting up every time my son needed to be fed / bathed. My son slept with my granny all this time. She told my husband not to worry he should be there for me and she would take care of our son… I love her to bits and my day would not go well if I did not call my granny every morning just to say "Hi"…

December 3, 2013 at 06:10I have a soft spot for chocolate as do most women, so on a trip to my local Woollies I grabbed a slab of my fav Lindt milk chocolate. I stashed it in the bag in the hopes that my little one wouldnt find it! I managed to hide it for a few days but eventually had to share as my little Mini Me is clearly smarter than she looks and simply stated, "Mamma you have chocolate? God said share!" I figured that if I would share with anyone it would be my Cianais. She ate most of my choccie but I dont mind! I have since found better hiding places 🙂

December 3, 2013 at 06:41Everytime I eat eat Lindt I feel dreamy and in another world. My kids love the bunnies and have learned to savour them and not just gobble them up. Even my 20 month old knows the difference between lindt and normal chocolate because we tried to give him normal chocolate but he just said NO and pointed to the lindt(bad mommy..LOL). Best moments ever with the whole family…

December 3, 2013 at 06:41I remember the very first time I ever tried a Lindt Lindor Ball. I remember the surprise at the rich smoothness as I broke the outer shell and the melty centre spread all around the inside of my mouth. I have always considered myself a chocoholic but that moment just took the addiction to new heights. I can't eat a Lindor Ball without being reminded of the first one. Number 1 fan over here!

December 3, 2013 at 07:00Have so many but most recent and awesome: I was having a nightmare of a day until I found the Lindor ball I had popped in my handbag. Luckily not melted but liquid centre – awesomeness. Just that little indulgence changed my day completely and everything looked so much better 🙂

December 3, 2013 at 07:27The first time I saw Lindt in a shop, was the Hazelnut bar. I just had to try it. At home I unwrapped the bar and was pleasantly surprised to find that it isn't a bar but actually individually blocks of chocolate. I was more intrigued to try this new chocolate. Took the first block of chocolate, placed in in my mouth and started chewing on it. It instantly melted in my mouth while I could feel the little pieces of hazelnut crunching in between my teeth and the texture of it on my tongue. This was the first chocolate which I tasted that was also so creamy. After the first block have disappeared in my mouth, I just had to have another block. Each time I placed a block into my mouth, the more surprised I was to find that this chocolate melts every time while the hazelnut pieces are so crunchy. Have never tasted chocolate this delicious. Ever since that day, I replaced my favorite Cadbury with Lindt 🙂

December 3, 2013 at 07:40I have my best Lindt moment every time I have Lindt chocolate because it's the only chocolate that's safe enough for me to eat since I'm lactose intolerant. Plus it's expensive so I don't have it that often which makes all the times I eat it even more special.

December 3, 2013 at 09:19My best Lindt moment was walking into a lindt dtore in Italy during my visit there in 2007. Imagine, being surrounded by the frangrant smell of fresh lindt chocolate. Not only a feast for the eyes, but all 5 senses engaged! Seeing all the variants, tasting the diverse flavours, smelling lovely smell of fresh chocolate, feeling the smooth, chocolate melt in your mouth.
And this experience was relived when i heard about our very own Lindt studio in Design Square!

December 3, 2013 at 09:26This year I decided to change my lifestyle! I started eating healthy and to exercise I have already lost 51kg so far this year and I feel amazing! About 5 months ago I decided to try Dark chocolate for the first time in YEARS! I have never liked it before but I had a Block of Lindt Dark Chocolate that was handed out at an expo and it was DELICIOUS! It was the best moment ever when I ate this Dark Chocolate and realised that it actually tasted amazing and was not so bad after all! Now I LOVE to treat myself with some Quality dark chocolate and every now and again some milk chocolate as well! Its great to be able to change your lifestyle and yet eat and treat yourself with some quality chocolate 🙂

December 3, 2013 at 09:33"Hi Herbert, this is you, from the future. Your best Lindt moment must definitely have been when you won the Lindt hamper on kimgray.co.za. When you opened your facebook on Wednesday. the 4th of December, and saw that you had won, you were so ecstatic, you shared the news with the whole office! Of course, everyone wanted a piece, but you were clever enough to only share it with your fiance, the love of your life. While consuming the best chocolate, the two of you laughed and laughed, until your tummys hurt. The end"

December 3, 2013 at 09:36My husband never fails to buy some Lindt chockies for me on every special occasion. My birthday, our anniversary, Valentine's day, you name it. But my best Lindt moments are when I purposefully delay in opening them and the kids and hubby keeps on asking me, when, when, when I am going to and when I eventually do open, I just love how they all surround me for their shares 🙂 I usually end up with the smallest cut but the happy, smiling faces and the closeness of my sweethearts are all worth it. PS. I secretly stash a few away for me to enjoy in private later on 😉

December 3, 2013 at 09:40Lindt chocolate is my escape from my hectically busy life which can be all-consuming and exhausting! Be it a lindt ball or a decadent slab of Lindt milk chocolate, life seems to "melt" into the background and I get caught up in "my moment". Thank you Lindt.

December 3, 2013 at 09:43A few years back I was gifted a 1kg Lindt Santa, it was the best thing i had ever recieved! It was in the same year my little niece was born, she was just going on three months at the time, I placed the santa along side her and it was bigger than her, was so funny to see. We were doing a long trek to visit my parents who stayed about 11hrs away, and look my Santa along, he got prime spot in the car, and had a place on Christmas day when he was enjoyed by all! Will never forget that! Lindt – bringing families together!

December 3, 2013 at 09:48Every moment biting into an irresistible piece of Lindt chocolate is a moment to be treasured!
But my best Lindt moment takes me back to still living with my parents and in High School.
As I got older Easter stopped being about finding chocolate but more about just receiving it from my parents 😛
One year they got me the Lindt Easter bunny chocolate and since then it has become a tradition in the family to exchange Lindy bunnies on Easter.
I do miss exchanging it with my mother though, now that she has moved overseas.
Its a treasured family memory shared with Lindt! ?

December 3, 2013 at 09:53I have many good memories of Lindt, one being having a Lindt ball cake for my 30th but my favourite Lindt Moment was when I left SA a few years ago by myself to go live in Dubai, my best friend bought me a slab of Lindt for the plane journey… After many tears and thinking I made a huge mistake (all this before I even got on to the plane to board) I sat down opened the Lindt slab and ate the WHOLE thing… A Lindt slab was definitely my comfort and friend when I felt down

December 3, 2013 at 10:02Its so weird but this actually happened this past Saturday on the 30th of November. My little sister Jennifer Rose is in Grade 12 currently and on Saturday was her matric dance, so my mum, my baby sister Isabella and I was all together in my mums dressing room getting Jennifer ready. Hair was been blown, makeup been gently put on and fingernails and toe nails was been manicured and finally came the time when we delicately put her beautiful white dress on. She looked like a real life princess and my mum, Isabella and I just stared in awe of how beautiful she looked:-) Just as we were about to leave the dressing room to show the guys how Jennifer looked, my mum stopped us and ask "where do you think you girls are going?" we looked at her funny and she smiled and said " I have a special treat for us" and went to her clothes and from behind she took out a Lindt Lindor Dark Truffles and we all had with a smile, haha Jennifer had to gently open hers and make sure not to mess anything on her dress. So that's my special Lindt Moment. If anyone would like to see a picture of Jennifer's dress, give me a shout and will be glad to show!

December 3, 2013 at 10:19Was it the very first time I tasted a Lindt? Or maybe my husband returning from a overseas trip with the box of Lindt long before it was available in South Africa? Really I think every single time someone surprises you with some Lindt you are in heaven – keeping it in your cupboard and slowly let it melt in your mouth until every tastebud is overloaded with the delicious flavour of the chocolate. -think I have to go shopping now, need some Lindt!

December 3, 2013 at 10:49Lindt is my dream chocolate. I remember very clearly going to a good friends wedding. There was a beautiful Lindt cake, a towering magnificent creation – I thought it was for snacks. All through the night I constantly went and stole Lindt balls, shovelling them into my mouth – ooh la la, the way the centres ooze out into my mouth – heaven – when the time came to 'cut the cake' the Lindt creation was a lot less and there were distinct holes where I had chomped all the balls. During the toast they asked – who has been eating the cake!!! – I chuckled inwardly and scrunched the papers even tighter in my fist! I cannot stay away from this perfection of taste. nom nom nom

December 3, 2013 at 11:10My dad always had Lindt chocolate and would hide them in his closet. At the end of the year during Christmas he would serve them as part of the desert. One year we could not stand to wait anymore and my brother and I started eating them while he was at work. Knowing that he would find out, we decided to stuff the wrappers with mud (we thought it represented the Lindt balls really well). That year we got Lindt cocolate balls in our Christmas stockings and we were SUPER happy! During lunch he went to fetch the chocolates in his closet (or mud balls) while the family waited (uncles, aunts etc.). He was away for some time and I could feel my stomach turning. After a long time he came in with two boxes of chocolate and said nothing. We got a stare and no chocolates. After lunch he sent us to our rooms and on my bed where my Lindt box of chocolates were (and I was looking forward to them), was the box with a few of the mud balls. Afterwards my brother told me his box disappeared as well and he also had a few mud balls on his bed. My father NEVER said anything about it. He passed away a few years ago, but Lindt always brings back that memory which I cherish now. I also make an effort to make sure we always have Lindt in my house and seeing my daughter enjoying a Lindt ball is my "Lindt Moment" now.

December 3, 2013 at 11:33My best Lindt moment is when i bought some lindt chocolates and on my way back to my car i witnessed a person who was on the ground with a lot of people around him. I approached the group and someone told me that he was a diabetic. I recognised the symptoms, gave him one of the chocolate bar i had just bought and soon after he felt much better. This man could have easily gone into a coma and a little bit of Lindt saved his life.

December 3, 2013 at 12:03My best Lindt moment is sharing my Lindt father Christmas with my grandson of 2. The satisfaction on that face, the smile, the mmm's and of course that chocolate all over the face and hands just shows me the absolute love, enjoyment, contentment and happiness from the Lindt chocolate. May I be blessed to do it all over again this Christmas. Lindt is the Best !
