Reflection Friday: 3 Self Improvement Podcasts

Now that our string of travels are over (for now) and Harry’s settled into school life, I just love getting into routine and trying to live my best, productive life! While I could always do with more sleep, here are a few podcasts I enjoyed, outlining the things that make me feel strong, motivated and productive (always with a little room for improvement!)

1.) 7 Steps To Getting Unstuck & Becoming More Productive 

2.) The Low Down On Eating High Fat  (So many fascinating episodes on wellbeing)

3.) Jason Van Orden on Habits, Impostor Syndrome and finding your Best Self

Since listening to these, there are loads more episodes out, on the above Podcasts. I’m going to have to carve out some walking time to catch a few! Happy Friday xx
