This past Sunday, we went into Dublin City for a little explore (We live 8km from the city centre on the coast) and we returned feeling totally inspired! While Dublin is small in comparison to London, it’s brimming with cool design stores, hip coffee hideouts and its a melting pot of cultures and styles.
Powerscourt Townhouse is a must shopping destination. Oh and drinks after at Farrier & Draper is rather lush!
Upon entering, you are met by, The Garden. Beautiful displays of flowers and plants lead one to a buzzing courtyard, cafe’s and designer stores.
[MADE] is home to a host of contemporary Irish designers.
Dublin is easy to take a stroll around . . .
Or a cycle.
Irish Design Store – so many fun, quirky finds here.
A stop at Kaph for a paleo chocolate brownie for Harry and specialty coffees for mom and dad.
Another store brimming with cool homeware, local ceramics and gorgeous leather bags is Industry.
Oh my . . . this bag!
Birkenstock & Camper we have back home too – but boy are they favourites when it comes to comfort and creating that euro style!
Oooh these are on the wishlist!
While it’s not really my thing, the high streets of course have the fancy pants stores too.
And that’s a wrap! (The toddler has spoken!)
