“If you pick a bottle from the general catalogue and we have stock, we usually deliver within 48hours anywhere in South Africa; this is the case with all our special cases (all available for immediate shipping).

Should we have no stock, it can take up to 1 week for us to ship the order. We are completely transparent with our customer, indicating lead times on the product detail page itself and keeping them informed via customer service and dedicated e-mailers.

We are working toward speeding up the process but for now would rather over-compensate in terms of indicating expected lead times than disappoint.

We’ve also recently introduced a new “personal sommelier” feature.Having developed an algorithm, which generates a mail suggesting 6 wines for purchase based on tasting profile, alcohol percentage, sugar level, varietal and origin of the grape, from previous purchases. Suggestions are sent out 10 days after the most recent purchase. Should the user purchase all 6 suggestions at once they will receive free shipping.
