Welcome to my new WELLNESS category. I promise not to make this a stream of carrot juice recipes and running selfies – but more about fruitful living. I’ve always been interested in health and fitness, but wanted to explore wellness for myself as a much broader spectrum. This category aims to focus on organising your life, to practicing more mindfulness, and yes – of course diet & exercise, but also looking into productivity tips, motivational podcasts and wellness products.

Here’s a great exercise to kick start this new category and year! I subscribe to A Learning A Day. HERE, they give you a 20 minute review to reflect on your past year and set your goals for the year ahead. I found it useful to just take the time to think and reflect. You may too.
