Pinterest as a productivity tool

As I may have mentioned, I listened to some inspiring podcasts during the holidays. One that stuck out was an interview with Cynthia Sanchez on how to be productive using Pinterest. Now most of us know how much time we can waste on there, getting sucked in by pretty pictures.Sure, boundaries need to be set, but it can be super useful when needing a little inspiration.

A Good Exercise

Welcome to my new WELLNESS category. I promise not to make this a stream of carrot juice recipes and running selfies – but more about fruitful living. I’ve always been interested in health and fitness, but wanted to explore wellness for myself as a much broader spectrum. This category aims to focus on organising your life, to practicing more mindfulness, and yes – of course diet & exercise, but also looking into productivity tips, motivational podcasts and wellness products.

Here’s a great exercise to kick start this new category and year! I subscribe to A Learning A Day. HERE, they give you a 20 minute review to reflect on your past year and set your goals for the year ahead. I found it useful to just take the time to think and reflect. You may too.
