Welcome to the BUMPER 2 PART BEAUTY FEATURE FRIDAY! We kick off with some festive fragrances. Great for gifts and great for.. well just treating yourself and smelling hot this summer.

1.) I love the Benefit Cosmetics packaging as I’m sure you’ve heard me say before! Aren’t these  fragrances super cute!?

The three distinctive yet complementary fragrances which make up the Crescent Row collection, which will appeal to a broad range of customers, are:

Laugh with me LeeLee, a playful blend of citrus, jasmine and lily blossoms. This naturally light scent with a classic feminine style has top notes of cassis, melon and citrus, middle notes of black violet, lily and jasmine, and bottom notes of blonde wood, amber and santal.

Something about Sofia, a distinctly individual, intriguing and mysterious scent featuring oriental blossoms, mango and vanilla. This free-spirited fragrance has top notes of mango and freesia, middle notes of sheer lily, jasmine, sambac and peony petal, and bottom notes of musk, white caramel and vanilla bean.

My place or yours Gina, a seductively provocative woody oriental blend of pink pepper, wild raspberry and patchouli with a “flaunt it if you’ve got it” attitude. It features top notes of pink pepper, bergamot and tangerine, middle notes of peony, wild raspberry and white lily, and bottom notes of patchouli, tonka bean and vanilla.

2.) I love the Soft Floral Fragrance of the Japanese Cherry Blossom Eude Toilette from The Body Shop. Cherry Blossoms are my favourite flower! So pretty!

5.) A Fragrance I’ve been using all year round and love . DKNY BE DELICIOUS Fresh Blossom. It’s soft and floral and fits so nicely in the palm of your hand! Love this! DKNY BE DELICIOUS is available  at Woolworths Stores.

YAY! The first week of December. Can you smell the holidays!? I can! Well after using The Body Shop Polynesian Range I have to remind myself I’m not on holiday yet. With scents of Lotus Flower and Frangipani you’ll think you’re in one of  Bali’s best spas. This Body Pure is somewhere between a lotion and a cream. Not quite as light as a lotion and not as thick as a cream. It’s a lovely silky consistency. Delicious!

The Bathing milk also contains Community Trade organic cold pressed coconut oil and organic honey. Mmm Decadent. What I love about this is that you can use it in the shower too. It lathers really nicely.

So if you are one of those organized people and like to know what you’re getting and tend to shop before the Christmas chaos, here is a preview of some festive fragrances from the Body shop coming out this Christmas. I love the Merry Cranberry. You seriously will want to eat your hand off it’s so delicious and zingy. It smells like happiness and holidays! Wow, you need to go test this out for yourself, out 26 October.

This  range contains cranberry seed oil, Brazil nut oil, coco butter and organic bees wax. And did I mention it smells out of this world?

Black Velvet Apricot is a  luxurious range also containing organic honey and the fragrance is inspired by black velvet apricot, redcurrant and orange flower. Mmm festive indeed.

The Nutmeg And Vanilla Range will also have you salivating for Christmas with lovely the sent of roasted nutmeg, vanilla and ginger. The body butter is rich and moisturizing with all the nut oils. Decadent I’d say! Happy Christmas shopping!

For evening smokey eyes that sparkle, try The Body Shops Natures Minerals Eye Colour that come in fully recyclable jars which I love!

Keep your body moisturized with NEW on The market, Nivea Happy Time Body Lotion. I just love this it smells delicious! There is a  beautiful scent of orange flower left on one’s skin leaving it feeling soft and moisturized.

I just love this colour, I’ve been using it for a while now. It’s so bright and cheery. And the best part is it’s name! My Chihuahua Bites by O.P.I . The O.P.I site is so much fun to browse. It’s worth a look. I can’t seem to find this colour on the site, so I hope it’s not discontinued. Maybe someone can tell me?

I’m a big fan of a juicy facial spritz, especially in summer. This juice BEAUTY Hydrating Mist is wonderful! It leaves skin feeling plumped and refreshed with a light grape fragrance. Rich in Vitamins and antioxidants, juice BEAUTY will tone, stimulate cell rejuvenations, sooth and protect skin and replenish moisture. I love having one of these in my handbag when I’m running around sourcing in the heat for a quick refresh.

The climate control lip balm is perfect for all year round let alone summer and I would think great for those prone to cold sores.

If you’re travelling to a mosquito area this summer as I am, you’ll want to take along some Mosqui Incense in refreshing lemon grass or relaxing Lavender. Perfect to keep bugs at bay and to fragrantly set you in the mood for a holiday.

If you haven’t taken your Mosqui with you and you do get bitten this summer, Smith’s Menthol and Eucalyptus Balm is perfect for soothing and cooling stings and bites. It’s even great on that sore, swollen spot you want to sooth and bring down before cocktail hour.

Prevent aging by using a good SPF on your face. Being freckled I need to watch my skin and I love Derma Fix SPF 45 as it’s a fairly high factor and it’s oil free.
