African expressions mohair yarn

I was delighted to receive some African Expressions Mohair yarn the other day, as I’ve taken up a bit of knitting for the winter. Created due to the overwhelming demand for quality, locally produced yarns for knitting and crocheting, mohair features prominently and can be found in 4 of the 6 different types of yarn in the range, which consists of a variety of colours and patterns.

The range:

Joy is a mohair yarn perfect for the beginner. The colours are bright and cheerful and just right for fun cardigans and children’s jerseys.

Love is made from traditionally brushed mohair.

Comfort   consists of a bouclé mohair yarn with colours that complement children’s rooms and knee blankets.

Hope is a fine brushed mohair knitting yarn ideally created for lacey patterns.

Harmony is a classic yarn made from 100% fine merino wool, while Freedom has a naturally woollen texture and is in line with the latest fashion trends.

Love this colour palette!
