Hey, just checking in. How is 2015 treating you?

A little tip! I’ve been practicing the art of gratitude each morning ( well most mornings, thanks to omvana.com) and this exercise has really been a game changer for me. What 5 things am I grateful for within the last 24 hours / week in my personal life and 5 things in my work life. It’s been proven that practicing the art of gratitude can elevate you mood/happiness for weeks to come and I’ve truly felt the benefits. (It’s super rad with headphones and some sort of chilled, ambient music too)

If all else fails – Listen to Taylor Swift! This puts me in such a happy mood!

    Hi Kim, Just want to say thank you for your write up on Gelukkie – after looking at your pics, etc. I booked a weekend there for our 15th anniversary and we loved it and will definitely go back. Now if only I could afford the One & Only in Mauritius :)
